In order to keep your theme park reservations you are required to have a ticket valid for the same date as the park reservation. Please be sure to check any blockout dates.

If you no longer have a ticket or pass valid for admission on the date of your park reservation, you will need to take action to keep your theme park reservations in the Disney Park Pass system—you must link valid park admission to your Disney account within 2 days or your park reservation will be cancelled.

You may only hold up to the maximum number of allowed theme park reservations for the type of ticket or annual pass that you used to make the reservations.

Cancelling or Modifying a Theme Park Reservation

Park reservations cannot be modified, but you can cancel a park reservation and book a new one. Before you cancel an existing park reservation and book a new park reservation, please check the reservation availability for your new desired date and park.

Dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes and check the local weather report before you leave for the parks at Walt Disney World_® Resort. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring that the parks are family-friendly is an important part of the Disney experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.

Inappropriate Attire

Disney reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests. Attire that is not appropriate for the parks—and which may result in refusal of admittance—includes but is not limited to:

• Costumes and masks, which may not be worn by Guests 14 years of age or older.
• Exceptions:
• Specific Halloween and Christmas events
• Some outfits inspired by Star Wars
• Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
• Excessively torn clothing
• Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
• Clothing that touches or drags on the ground
• Clothing with multiple layers is subject to search upon entry
• Objectionable tattoos

From the very beginning, Walt Disney made cleanliness an important part of the Disney experience. There are high standards for cleaning and sanitation, with health and safety protocols such as:

• Training for Cast Members, with ongoing reinforcement on a regular basis
• Defined cycles for frequent enhanced cleaning of targeted areas
• Easy access to handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer dispensers
• Quick response to spills, trash and other situations
• End of day sanitation procedures for restroom, kitchen, and other facilities
• Frequent cleaning and “wash down” of outdoor locations, including walkways and queues
