There has always been a love for adventure in my life. When we took a Danube River cruise in 2008 for my parent’s 60th anniversary, I was hooked! I had to become a travel professional. Europe was breathtaking. There was nothing like visiting castles or cathedrals that were hundreds of years old, experiencing the places where history was made, seeing Beethoven’s apartment or Mozart’s birthplace, dining at an outdoor cafe, and people watching, eating my daily essential food group of gelato. I love history and Europe is always calling me. The experience of 10 river cruises including the Danube River, Burgundy & Provence, Paris to Normandy, Tulip Time cruise, Active Discovery on the Rhine, Christmastime from Prague to Frankfurt, Festive Season on the Legendary Danube, Balkan Odyssey, the Rhine & Moselle: Canals, Vineyards & Castles, & the Romantic Rhine give me firsthand knowledge of many destinations. Escorted tours are a wonderful way to experience the world as well. Italy, Spain, Great Britain & Ireland, Croatia, China, and Colombia have been some of my adventures. Alaska is in my “backyard” as I live in Seattle. Cruising is one of the best ways to see the breathtaking scenery and wildlife. We have taken a number of Alaska cruises.
