This was an older ship that just came out of being docked since covid I think, and it was due for a remodel but it didn’t happen before the sailing. We were not as upset because we got a great last minute deal on an ocean balcony, but there were other passengers that were expecting more. The itinerary was great. The 2 hour drive from Venice to the pet was a bit of a surprise but we had great transportation arranged through Avoya. The worst part that became a nightmare was the app that created an issue with everything we booked on it - the drink package, the wifi packages and the tours were al
