Starting with being misled about being able to upgrade our flight, it ended up we could not change to an upgrade, only get on a waiting list which did not pan out. The best part was actually the days before the cruise in Switzerland. Great accommodations and excursions. Once on the ship Meal time very structured and no food available any other time. A few great excursions. Others mediocre. The couple afternoons we remained on the ship there was absolutely nothing to do which surprised us.
