Ship was not decorated as nice. I thought the city hosts in Paris and Prague were unpro-fessional. Also, Viking charges extra for gratuities and drinks. I am so happy that I didn't pay the extra $150 per person for drinks. All in all, Uniworld is far superior than Viking. The only reason we used Viking was the itinerary. It is too bad that Uniworld cannot advertise as much as Viking -- most travelers have never heard of Uniworld.

Accommodations and Shipboard Service: Excellent. We could not have asked for more attentive staff or better accommodations. Food was great, but did not always reflect local cuisine and tastes. Staff was really good about keeping travelers organized and they were unfailingly polite and accommodating. Excursions: We enjoyed the excursions to the castles. The beer tasting excursion was not a full experience as there was no demonstration regarding the brewing process nor was there any variety of beers to taste.
