Excellent cruise in every sense. Needs improvement bed size too small and Concierge service ( Edwin) failed twice severely. My carry on got almost lost up to the very last minute due to his negligence.

We enjoyed many aspects of our cruise to the Azores and Canary Islands. Silversea's staff was pleasant and professional, but paled to that we experienced with Scenic. Although quite expensive, we also enjoyed the spa services, but those were contracted not organic. Although we were pleased to have the opportunity to take (and pay for) a very short camel ride in Agadir, we did not like Morocco at all. That's not Silversea's fault or problem. That's not to say Silversea was faultless or perfect. For example, while we enjoyed our meals at La Dame and Kaseki, we found it challenging to keep track

Silversea does a PERFECT job when it comes to the quality of food on board, as well as the menu variety. All restaurants are excellent! Even the buffet. We had some issues regarding the services at some restaurants by the beginning of the cruise, but they were promptly fixed, and we ended up having a superb culinary experience. I got upgraded to a deluxe verandah stateroom, which was definitely nice. The cabin was the most spacious we ever had on any cruise ship. Overall the trip was pleasant, rooms nice, boat had alot of space where one did not feel crowded all the time. Butler service was excellent as well as housekeeping. The only drawback was the Italian restaurant where one had to make a reservation and the manager there was not very accommodating or service oriented. The salt lab cooking classes were fun and excellent and learned some tips and new ideas of cooking. Some excursions better than others but well organized and not overly crowded. Just not enough time between excursions and the time one had to depart the port to do things on you

The ship was beautiful, the team members were friendly and efficient and the excursions were well planned and great fun.

We felt the ship needed a remodel . The restaurants were par at best. This type of cruise line we had high expectations . Most of the staff was friendly but did encounter some poor service. Excursions were great and the ports were good. We’ve sailed Regent and Celebrity and would choose either of these over silver seas Moon .

Had a wonderful time on the cruise. Excursions and ports were wonderful, as was the stellar service on board as well as the food!
