Since it was a small ship the shows were not very good it wasn't what we expected from a Royal Caribbean ship it didn't have a lot to offer compared to bigger ships

Being royal Caribbean expected better entertainment food was repetitive in the main dining room not much to do not many photo opportunities etc etc

My husband and I enjoyed cruising with my friend and her husband. We were a little disappointed with the food in that my husband's choice did not have cheese with his ham and cheese omelette and his shrimp dish forgot to include the shrimp. A couple of times trivia did not happen when it was scheduled to happen. We did enjoy the ship and everything we saw on the cruise. Although we did not get to visit Ketchikan but appreciate the captain keeping us safe in not traveling hazardous waters.

The staff were great. Had 2 great waiters in the main dining room ...Michael and Erwin. The grandkids were so excited every time they saw Michael in the Windjammer and then at our table for supper. The meals were great. The kids had fun in the pool and on the climbing wall as well as playing mini golf. It was a great family vacation.

The jaw dropping beauty of Alaska paired with the mouthwatering food, entertainment and service by every staff member on the ship is hard to put to words. For my family, especially my mother watching her four gradchildren and two children truly expeience a trip of a lifetime, will be cherriched by me forever. Thank you

This was everything we had hoped for and the sights were amazing. The experience with Royal Caribbean was amazing. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to make it memorable.

Our cruise to Alaska and back was great and very relaxing. All the crew we dealt with were very good and made the cruise very enjoyable for us.

Very interesting ports with Panama Canal as highlight. Beautiful ship even though small and older than others. The cruise director and the activities manager did a fantastic job at keeping passengers happy. Love the idea of the Centrum where most activities took place

We had great family ( 8 of us) cruise through the Panama canal - from Ft Lauderdale to Los Angeles.

We cannot criticize Royal Caribbean (Brilliance of the Seas) to harshly because we knew full well most of what we were getting into. The food was good ( not gourmet), the cafeteria style offering were varied and plentiful as well as tasty. Different menu selections each night were also offered from Caribbean night to French, Italian etc.. The ports visited, Cozumel and Grand Caymen were of no interest to us and were only for a couple hours visit with a variety of paid excursions offered to passengers who wanted to swim and dive with the dolphins. We wanted to find out what a large ship crui

This 5 day cruise was a great trip. Food, service, and rooms were fine. The biggest complaint the 6 of us had was the smoking in the casino. There was a smoking side and non smoking, but that did not separate the two. We could not go in for more than 45 min because we got sick from the smell. All other aspects were well managed.

The cruise was wonderful, everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. My only complaint is that the vacation wasn't long enough!

Vikki Camp made the perfect arrangements for us. Our cabin was in a perfect spot close to everything.
