Very overrated ship overall - the smart elevators, cabin staff, bartenders and lido deck servers were fantastic but otherwise a lot of refinement is required.
No single floor allowed passage from fore to aft requiring journeys down narrow and busy cabin hallways, coffee service in the Eatery was substandard, ordering food in the Eatery was mostly chaotic (people butting in or holding up service to stations; servers giving orders to the wrong customers.)
