Great

When traveling to Alaska in July, we were informed the night before departure that the few days of land options we had booked prior to getting on the boat had been cancelled. This email came after offices were closed and there was no way to get in touch with anyone from Princess, but our flights were less than 12 hours away. We went to sleep and got to the airport as normal, although we were continuing to try to get in touch with Princess to ask what we should do. We had already taken our 1st flight and were boarding our 2nd before we got off hold and to a person, but that person could not

We had a wonderful time. I recommend this trip 100%. The only change I would make is doing the land portion first and then the cruise. I would also look for a cruise that visits the Hubbard Glacier. It was my fav part of my trip 20 years ago. The glaciers we saw on this trip were awesome too but there is nothing like Hubbard. Talk to my girl Kelly Scott, she was the best! The Viator excursions recommended by Avoya were my favorite of all that I scheduled.

Absolutely a great trip with wonderful excursions and the Royal Princess is staffed with professional individuals with good attitudes.

Wonderful scenic cruise. Loved Princess Cruise. The crew and entertainment met all of my expectations. Alaska was so beautiful. The mountains and scenery did not disappoint. We used a Juneau whale company, which was easy to locate once we got off the ship. It was less expensive and the company had a new boat and expert crew from the Juneau area. In Skagway, we went on the train ride, which was 2 hours long. Absolutely amazing. This railway was built in 1898 and the stories told about how men in search of gold were determined to finish this railway in order to strike it rich with gold.

The boat was very nice. This was our first cruise, and it met our expectations - great food, great drinks, things to do. The weather was not good (nothing anyone can do about that), but all the scenery Alaska has to offer was still spectacular.

It was a wonderful trip! Exactly what we hoped. Crew was exceptional, the ship was outstanding. Will recommend to friends.

This was our third attempt to cruise Alaska. Covid stopped the first two attempts, but the third time was the charm. Alaska truly is magnificent, and so glad that we went. For us, the weather was awful--cold and raining. But it was Alaska! We put on our warm, waterproof coats, pulled up the hoods and enjoyed every moment. Princess did an excellent job in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I would like first to thank the travel agent we worked with Pam Dudley. She was great and we are so happy we booked this cruise. It was a great getaway during a rainy time in the bay area of California. We loved the crew, we loved socializing on the boat. The food was excellent as was everything. We especially liked the Grill. Our first cruise and we loved the balcony and watching the sunset's drinking delicious margaritas. We loved the Zumba in the morning led by the enthusiast Arrrrrmando.
