Our 10 day Princess Mexican Riviera cruise was fantastic. The service and amenities were great. We enjoyed morning lattes and movies under the stars by the pool. Shore excursions were exactly what we hoped for and we had several humpback whale sightings. Arroyo made everything easy. Definitely recommend!

I would rate our trip a 5 except for some troublesome flaws. The itinerary, ambiance, night life, MDR, specialty and pool deck pizza and grill were great. The buffet, public ladies room and morning activities were not. Specifically, the buffet was very small and lacking variety in the offerings. There were no gorgeous appealing presentations and the one time we had no choice but to pick up food we were greatly disappointed. Also, the two ladies restrooms on deck 7 were small, with only three stalls in each. Every time I tried to use them two of the three were out of commission. This is inexc

The cruise was wonderful! All of the employees were wonderful as well, especially Justine Parma. She was our stateroom steward and went out of here way to make everything perfect for our Anniversary trip!

First of all our travel agent Susan Durrow makes planning our travel a good experience. Her guidance is incredibly helpful. We trust that she will be a phone call away if there is ever a problem. As far as our trip on the Grand Princess is concerned, it was a positive experience. The employees were top notch. They are Princesses biggest asset. The ship is super clean and friendly staff. The ship is fine, but just know its 25 years old and doesn't have all the bells and whistles that newer ships have. I definitely think its a perfect ship for Alaska with older clientele and less kids. With that said, my kids had fun on the ship, but definitely not as much to do as the newer ships.

The cruise was quiet and relaxing - excellent staff and good food, with lots of time to read and reflect.

This quick cruise was a nice getaway and my first taste of a cruise. Now, I'm ready to try a longer one. I found the food to be good, the staff very accommodating and the amenities were plentiful. Cons: disappointed that the adult only pool was dry. Shocked that the shops offer such limited items. How about a book store, stationary items, maybe a makers market type of thing. There wasn't anything interesting in the shops. With such a captive audience, I can think of lots of cool things you could sell other than t shirts and jewelry. I hunted all over to find ibuprofen. As good as advertised!

This was the third try to go to Alaska. My travel agent, Connie, was awesome all this time. Flew into Vancouver where it took a little time to get through customs since so many people were there. Got to the ship quickly. It was cooler than I thought it would be but still awesome sights. We did only two excursions but had a great time doing them. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Thanks to all on board who made this trip spectacular. From beginning to end , it was amazing. Our waiters , in the Devinci were wonderful. Thanks Roman and Johnny. The entertainment was the best I have ever seen on Princess. Randy, the piano player in the evening kept the night going , engaging his audience at sll times. Trip was good except wearing masks and could not get pre vaccinated 2 days on the ship before departed. The land part was great.

We did not have a very good time, we were moved to the back of the ship which was very rough ( we both got sea sick ) from the fumes and the ports of call were very short
