Lousy pre-board interactions with the company. very frustrating. emails and app didnt sync together; could not make any reservations on the app ahead of time, but all communication from Princess told us to go thru the app. lots of time on phone with agents that could not answer questions. no address for cruise port , so difficult time getting taxi to Yokohama. Boarding day was chaos in hot unorganized mess. created a lot of stress at start of trip.
