Everything was good. No issues had a great time.

The cruise exceeded our expectations. Service was excellent.

We had a great time with 32 other Canadians in our group,special mention to Baldwin&Sam our servers at table#129 in the Palm restaurant,they were awesome,also Casio in the Wheel House Bar was awesome ,he was very good to our whole group,overall we had a great trip!

Disappointed in charge for room service coffee in the morning. Service was great everywhere, Food overall was not as appetizing as in others cruises. Something needs to change with the desserts. The recipes are leaving out either butter, oil, or sugar. Cheesecake was the only ok dessert. Something is missing from the ice cream too. Ship Was very clean and entertainment good.

Cruise was amazing . Everything organized very well from begging to the end!

Overall service not up to what it should have been.

The only concern was the Princess website. Difficult to access and follow. Misspelling of one person’s name led to difficulty with registration. Everything else was fine. Agent was very thorough and helpful.

Honestly the deal we got through Avoya was stellar, and the trip was top notch. Even with the missed port in the Bahamas, it was totally worth it.

We were not happy with only stopping at 2 of the 4 ports we were supposed to. We didn’t feel the entertainment in the theater was up to the level it should have been. We very much disagreed with the compensation for the 2 missed ports. It was very unbussiness like to force customers to spend compensation money on the ship. Not good! Because of how you handled the compensation for missed ports I will probably not be able to get my husband on another cruise!! He strongly feels we should have been credited to our credit card much more than we were. He was not happy that your on board rest

The cabin service was outstanding, cabins were cleaned all the time, Also the dinner choices were good but not the best, however where we were very disappointed about were the beverage and alcohol service people were either very rude or couldn't understand a word we were saying.. My husband that is not hardly a drinker purchased a drink package and at the Mixology bar her ordered one drink and then when he orders a second mudslide cocktail the bar tender told him NO. were were all very shocked at the rudeness. I don't think we will be doing another Princess cruise for awhile.

Want to go again next fall!

This was a great cruise. Dining was fabulous and staff very friendly. Very enjoyable cruise

the staff was really great i would have to say , on and overall of this cruise line is what makes them , but the way they nickel and dime you on the ship puts a bad taste in my mouth . the vast difference in taste of their coffee in the dining room verse the buffet on deck 15 was night and day , the coffee produced in the buffet was horrible . usually almost on most ships thier known for thier food this time it wasnt up to par it could use some improvement . for example the grill by the pool that makes fresh hamburgers and fries the hamburgers we pre cooked in thier kitchen then thrown back

Overall, it was fine. There were problems with weather, for example, we missed time in Sydney. The immigration checking at Bar Harbour took several hours, leaving us little time in the town. I think that the Princess line did a lot of nickel and diming with us. For example, one had to pay for coffee or tea after dinner in the main dining rooms. I don't think that I would travel with them again.

One day we had rough seas which was no fun but all of in all was great. I can scratch that off my bucket list. Enjoying being back home. Not interested in another cruise anytime soon. I did get COVID but it showed up right after I got home thankfully.

The cruise ship was an older ship and needed to be upgraded majorly. The WIFI is very slow and was disconnecting most of the time. Their system was terrible and it blocked us 5 times even though we have cleared our account. It was humiliating when we sat down to have lunch one day and the waiter tells us he cannot accommodate us with our drinks (we had Premium package) and even the Maître D (Roland) was not supportive at all with the situation. Instead of diffusing the situation he kept on saying that the system was blocked and did not go the extra mile even though I showed him my account

We have sailed with 3 cruise lines and Princess is our favorite hands down! My only concern is how long it took to get a wheelchair when I needed help getting back to my cabin.

Having been on 15 other cruises, this was our third on Princess. From boarding,, which was mixed up to do a cleaning regimen on ship and shore, with little help from staff where to go if you had a Medallion, to no clocks on the ship having the same time, one on the TV, one hour ahead on the deck, and one hour behind inside, too many little things wrong. Haven't had Planks BBQ and Steamers for over two years, but signs still up in the buffet, People who didn't know they could use the space crowded the main sitting area, while there was always space in the two section noted. It was my first cruise and was truly wonderful. Perfect weather at all the stops and very calm seas?. Now I’m spoiled.

Amazing trip. Great ports, weather was incredible. Ship, although older, was very nice and the food and amenities exceeded our expectations.

There were 4 at sea days with not a lot on their calendar to do. A bit dissatisfied with the same food being on the lunch buffet and breakfast buffet. We tried the dining room for breakfast only once because service was not great and neither was the selection. Our evening dinners were superb in the dining room and so was our waitress!

Ship was old and tired. No wow factor to be found anywhere onboard, except the interior of the Crown Grill (not the food, the decor).
