“Antarctica”
4 Stars
Cruise Date: 02/16/2025
Destination: South America
Antarctica was fabulous. Saw whales, swimming penguins, lots of birds. No seals and no orcas. Fjords were beautiful but obscured by bad weather, which also totally obscured the Andes. Stateroom was great, but couldn't enjoy the big veranda because of weather. Food was wonderful this time. Ship was great. Unfortunately got sick about half way through, but not bad enough to ruin the trip.

Marina very nice ship, small passenger count mostly retirees, clean, staff friendly and helpful, food delicious; entertainment and big ports OK. Downside for me... small ports. I'd like more lectures.

“Fantastic Cruise”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 07/16/2024
Destination: Europe
We worked with Mary Arathoon as our TA. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and always answered our questions. Oceania cruise was great. I like the size of the ship and this is the largest that we would future cruise with. We found the crew extremely helpful and friendly. Cabin stewards always greeted us by name and provided everything we asked for (ice buck was always full). Food was wonderful and fresh. We enjoyed the main dining room and the specialty restaurants. We chose ship excursions, and they met our needs. All in all it was a great first Oceania cruise.

Cruise Date: 06/13/2024
Destination: Europe
This is,our 7th cruise with Oceania. I did not give it a 5 star rating this time because I felt that the quality of the food in the Grand Dining Room has gone down and the menu did not change. The chicken did not taste like chicken, the salmon was over cooked. Also my husband caught Covid on the ship and we had to be confined to our room for 5 days because we went to see the medical staff. I feel like Covid needs to be tested on everyone who cruises before departure so no catches it during the cruise and lose days seeing the ports we paid to see.

“It was a OK cruise. Could have been better.”

Cruise Date: 05/31/2024

I have been on several cruises both river and sea. The ship, Marina, is a beautiful ship in the public spaces. It was missing a few amenities. They do not have a laundry service. What they offered I had to redo. The entertainment was OK, not spectacular. And the shows didn’t start until 9:15 pm. Their clients were of senior age and they go to bed early. If dinner was served at 6 then the show could start at 7:30. A much better time for seniors. The food was very good. Specialty restaurants were very beautiful in atmosphere short on special foods. Some of the tour guides were not considerate o

The ship and crew were first class and we enjoyed the wonderful food. Red Ginger was our favourite restaurant followed by the Grand Dining Room. The nightly shows in Marina lounge were very good. Our state room (8123) with balcony was excellent and a special mention to the housekeepers for their excellent service and friendly manner. In the restaurants, Rex and Angelo also deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. It was unfortunate that the Bermuda stop was cancelled owing to bad weather which resulted in six straight days at sea. Because of the sea swell and high winds we c

The trip was very good with good accommodations, food, drinks and service. Particularly all the service people were very polite and helpful. I also liked the day excursions. They could have started the dinner earlier than 6:30 pm and could have some shows earlier also for older people.

“A great cruise to ancient lands”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 10/21/2023
Destination: Europe
As usual, Oceania provided a very pleasant trip. We were blessed with calm seas. The ports of call offered diverse opportunities, from visiting historic ruins to seeing natural wonders to swimming in the amazingly clear turquoise Aegean. All food on ship was very good but Red Ginger is far and away the best restaurant. All staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this cruise and this cruise line

“Venice to Rome”
5 Stars
Cruise Date: 10/11/2023
Destination: Europe
The cruise is billed as Venice to Rome but it is really from Trieste (2 hours from Venice) to Civitevecchia (1 hour from Rome). Have to take that into account for transportation to and from the ship. We booked the trip because of the stops and itenerary. Paris Taylor out travel consultant was very helpful and got us a great deal! Oceana was a different kind of cruise from most we've been on. We have sailed with Princess, Carnival and Royal Caribbean. On all cruises we've been on there is a sail-away celebration. As we sailed away from the dock the first evening there was no fanfare and

Cruise Date: 09/29/2023

The food was fantastic! Room was well appointed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ship was dated. Entertainment could be better but was ok. We did not care for the long bus rides to get to some tour destinations. The tours felt too rushed, trying to fit too much in. The disembarkment for tours was a bit unorganized. The rides to and from the airports were extremely long.

“Great Itinerary”
4 Stars
Cruise Date: 08/22/2023

Wonderful, interesting trip with good weather. Excursions were generally good and a few really outstanding, Stateroom and staff were great. Food was quite good with few exceptions. As the weather warmed, we liked the buffet so we could dine casually and be out on the deck. Did not use the main pool nor did we attend any shows. Library was a favorite with an evening brandy from Baristas. Enrichment lectures aired in ship TV were good. Went to tea twice and used the spa hot tubs once. Nice facilities.

The cruise was good. The ship, room, food, amenities, and entertainment were very good. It was disappointing to find out after boarding that 4 of my excursions had been cancelled for various reasons, and it was time-consuming (45-60 minutes) waiting to make alternate arrangements. I was also disappointed that 3 of our ports were cancelled due to weather, and there were 2 stops in particular that I really wanted to see. I travel to see new places, thus the emphasis for me on ports and excursions, rather than spending time on the ship. They were good about quick and easy refunds on the canc

We were dissappointed that 2 of the scheduled ports were not available due to high winds. The North Cape port was to be in port until 10PM. It might have been possible for the Captain to anchor for a couple hours, since the winds had died down and then dock the ship. North Cape was one of the best ports on this trip. Consequently, instead of one sea day, we ended up with three. The port they did take us to, Mandal, was lovely though.

This was our first cruise in over 15 years. It was recommended to us by a friend who has gone on 4 Oceania trips in the past. Not only did the cruise meet our expectations but it exceeded our expectations. The service and quality of the specialty dinning was outstanding. The friendliness of the entire crew was outstanding. We will definitely consider Oceania for a cruise in the future.

“Oceania Good and Not-So-Good”
4 Stars
Cruise Date: 05/23/2023

Let me begin by saying that Oceania's crew is the best at sea. They are efficient, friendly, and always go that extra mile for the passengers. The cuisine is ok, but not as good as it used to be. The tours are hit and miss. At times, the guides were exceptional, but at other times, the tours were rushed and totally unenjoyable. We missed out on 2 ports. One was a waste of time because on Sunday, most places are closed in France. The second was avoided due to Captain's decision based on rough seas. I agree with him, but think a cruise credit should be applied as compensation. Our penthouse had
