My December Caribbean Cruise was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to see the size of the staterooms on the Viva. The ship is not as big as some of the other ships but definitely a beautiful ship. My family and I enjoyed every minute.

Love the Caribbean and it did not disappoint ! Each island was wonderful, beautiful and full of adventure. The ship is beautiful but feel the pool is way small, flow of people not efficient and the complimentary food bland and menu had small changes. This was a little disappointing from other NCL cruises we’ve taken. That being said we had a great time!

The ship was beautiful, clean & comfortable. The itinerary was amazing. The crew was incredible. This was our first cruise & we can't wait to do it again!

Our trip was overall wonderful. We started off with a delay on flight and we had a connecting flight which was also delayed. we wanted to see some of puerto rico but got in too late. flights home also connecting and delayed…not ideal The ship was not my favorite. They nickel and dime you for many things. Mini golf, darts rtc. Pool was too small and overcrowded. infinity pool was tiny. music venues too small. not enough later evening activity. specialt y restaurants were awesome. embarkation was the easiest ever. rooms were bugger than most including the bathroom

Great trip!

We had a fabulous time on our first Norwegian cruise! My husband has been on one prior cruise, but this was my first. I really didn’t think I’d like cruising (images of crowds, long lines and too much food). I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! Sure, there were lots of people on board but the crew did a FANTASTIC job making the experience positive for their customers. We met so many people - guests and crew alike- and thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities, from shopping to art auction to dining, the spa and just admiring the view from the decks. Very well planned Fantastic Ship experience Land tours were outstanding. Sorry we didnt get to Florence but weather prevailed. Felt safe, well provided for and the service on the Viva was the best!

Excellent service, all crew members were friendly, pleasant and quick to help. Our cabin was great! Food was great too. Only disappointment were dinners in Hudson and Commodore rooms. Dinner in Cagney’s was good but expensive.

Even though we were in the Haven, the food was just mediocre. Even the steak house was not very good, to the point that several in our group said they would not go back to it. Our agent, Robert Christoff, as always did an excellent job in getting us booked the suites we wanted.

A wonderful new concept for a ship making it much more intimate and much less crowded. Loved all the outdoor space and a fabulous itinerary too.
