Everything was great on our cruise. Would definitely cruise Norwegian again.

The ship was missing something. This was our second cruise. First one was with Celebrity and it was great. Our second cruise was with Norwegian and wasn’t the same. The boat was older and food wasn’t the best like Celebrities.

After 19 cruises…B+ or A-…..but it was good. Very limited entertainment in the theater…CMinus….food was good A…..overall good. Bad part..D was getting our luggage and getting off…It has to be a better way!…Melody who did the arrangemts from your company gets A+!

The entertainment was limited..??….food good..stops good (we missed one!)

Wanted to use the sauna but it cost way too much extra.

Excellent cruise on the NCL Escape. Ellen McBryde was very helpful and answered all my First Cruise questions. Will definitely be reaching out to her in the future for our next cruise.

The food was AMAZING. The comedy & shows were spectacular. Landry and Dean were hilarious. The Choir of Man was sooooo good. The ship is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The water slides were so fun too! Teppanyaki was the best I've ever been to. The chefs are actual performers that made an amazing meal. Lynn, our travel agent, has been wonderful with booking our trip. She recommended a great room for us and surprised us with some goodies in our room (we were celebrating a special occasion).

Watch out Tammy So disappointed in weather only time on land was during rain and strong winds Foods was mediocre except specialty restaurants Staff did not seem as friendly as past trips Disappointed!!!!

The service and the activities there are espectacular

We are so blessed to take our first family cruise on NCL Escape. We want to thank Kendall Cohenour of Evista Travel, who help us plan this amazing cruise. Our family of 6 which included our 2 small grandsons, will always remember all that we experienced both on board and on each island we got to explore. Loved everything about this ship from the great food, shows, activities and all the crew that helped make this a trip such a wonderful, fun adventure!

My husband and I are regular passengers on Norwegian, but we won't sail this itinerary again. There was a very distracting (hard to sleep through) noise in our cabin that took half the cruise to get fixed. There was a silly issue with my husband and myself checking in separately and using the same credit card. The ship cut off our room card on the second day of the cruise without even trying to reach out to us to clear up the issue. Everything was so crowded it made it hard to enjoy what the ship offered. All was good , few snags here and there had a red eye flight given , never again on that, then had to wait few hrs for lady from Norwegian to get our transfer to ship Very crowded In Bahamas no lounge chairs to be found used a table after much walking Some foods served not always hot , but was eatable , cold toast / eggs etc example Overall good trip Staff and waiters great All crew great

The food was absolutely terrible, and trying to make changes at dinner time was hard as nobody understood anything that was asked. Getting sodas from the bars was long lines, there were no separate soda fountains. Will never go on Norwegian again. The entertainment was top notch and the shore excursions were good. I saw my room steward on the last day and that is when all service members were really nice and wanted a review.

Quality was not what I expected from NCL based on past NCL cruises.

Nice ship and itinerary, the ship has a lot to offer. Even with several months in advance to study the ship and her deck plans; we missed several things. Dining was fine, on all occasions. Crew knew their ship. The ships wifi options weren't explained very well ... we are a couple and wanted to be able to use "Find My" or text, or call each other ... but we did NOT want internet. We really didn't figure out how to do this until the last day. .... and it was text only, maybe.

First time cruising, the best in the world. NCL hospitality, cleanliness, friendly staff and icing on the cake ……. Food Drinks Food Drinks awesome

We had a great vacation in the Eastern Caribbean! A couple of disappointments: the ice cream machines were constantly down/not working; we had 2 excursions canceled; the internet package was poor; the NCL app (so we could communicate with our family on board) was terrible. The vacation, weather, excursions that we went on were all fantastic! The food was great too!

The ship was beautiful and the service was top notch. Great food options and creative drinks!

Not enough pool space. Hot tubs didn’t operate correctly, No real serenity areas. Water slides and rope course great if you have kids. Memu in Main Dinning was not to my liking and it is normally one of the things I enjoy most, Entertainment was good. May cruise again on NCL but not on the Escape. Ship forward rooms were exceptionally noisy.
