As always all the waiters/steward did a good job ! Just the MSC company regulation suck. Should make everything easier for us, instead the most every words “NO” that we had never heard from other cruise line such as RC, NCL, Celebrity, Holland cruise, Princess,Carnival even Cunard Queen Mary 2 . They don’t even provide free cruise wifi to check the day schedule etc just like other cruise line do. Instead they want us to buy their wifi.

Beautiful trip great food, great ship, but couple of things are not in great satisfaction. 1. Waitresses in the buffet ignore the customer unless you come to their face and ask them to clean up the table and bring something to drink. 2. Smoking should not be allowed in or within the area kids playing, pools specially indoor pool and play areas.. overall great trip and great appreciation

What a wonderful way to see the beautiful fjords of Norway! There were seven family members who traveled on this cruise and we all enjoyed it. This was our first MSC cruise and we will consider them again in the future. The embarkation process was fast and easy; the rooms were fine; beds comfortable; crew was great. We avoided the buffet because of the large number of people, but when we did eat there the food was fine. The main dining room was very nice and we enjoyed the variety of items on their menu. We felt the entertainment was lacking.

First cruise with MSC was a bit disappointing as we compared to previous ones with Celebritry and NCL. Value/price is very good and ship was fabulous.Full comment and impressions will be sent to Karen Wagner caring so well for us.

Ship and staff helpful and friendly. On board and shore side organisation leaves a lot to be desired.

Time I enter on the ship until arriving back at the port was worry free.

MSC needs a lot of improvement.

The MSC Fantasia is a wonderful ship and, with the exception of the informal buffet dining area, with an all around great staff. Food preparation in the formal dining room, however, is not in line with American tastes. Americans will be disappointed in menu choices and food preparation. If you select a fish item, be warned! It is not fresh and it will smell! The salmon tastes like tuna!

The itinerary was excellent and I loved the cabin I was in. But, there were too many children on board and the cruise line doesn't follow its own rules (no saying pool chairs, no smoking on balconies, no jeans in the evening). I would not go back on another cruise with MSC.
