The food was horrible in the MDR. The appetizer's and salads were wonderful. The main entree was sometimes inedible . I felt bad for our servers as they knew were not overjoyed by the food- Not their fault-Their service was outstanding- The ships dancers and singer were very entertaining-the rest of the entertainment, Comedienne and Magician were sub par- We had been on the Davina before , the food and entertainment was outstanding at that timer. I do not know what has happened but we will never cruise on the Divina again-possible not on MSC again Very disappointing

although your ports were canceled due to weather, MSC made sure we all still had a great time. Even though the weather was out of their control, all guests received on board credit as a gesture to make trip still enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time on the cruise. The events on the cruise allowed for time to fly by while at sea and the stops were all a lot of fun. The drink package was well worth it and both the bartenders and our dinner hosts, Generose and Nathan, were phenomenal. I highly recommend this cruise for its price.

This was a nice ship and we loved the private island. Service in the main restaurant was good, except for the first night when our server had trouble with English. The food was pretty average, and most didn't appeal. The best was the shrimp cocktail. The buffet was crazy busy, but we could find a spot away from the crowds to eat. All in all, a nice cruise. We would choose MSC again, given the right itinerary.

First time with MSC cruises. We had a great time and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We definitely would go on another one. Too short we should have gone a longer one!

The cruise was wonderful, and the staff was amazing. We’ll book with them again. The very odd snag we hit though was when we were charged an unexpected service fee mid-way through the trip. That should be included in the payments for the trip if the company takes it directly rather than leaving it at the discretion of the clients. I left cash as anticipated, but was really not expecting to be charged $400 while on board. Please look into including the service fees into the upfront costs in the future to prevent issues.

MSC is very different than that traditional cruise lines (Royal Caribbean, Carnival, etc). That isn't to say it is bad, though. Customer service was the best we have EVER had at sea (although having a boat only 1/3 of capacity probably helped with that), the ship (Divina) was beautiful, embarkation/debarkation was the smoothest we have ever had (again, maybe the small numbers) and the private island at Ocean Cay is absolute paradise. On the flip side, their card system for purchasing on the boat needs work, there was no free ice cream (always a treat at sea), food was just ok (comparable to

The bed was hard and the food was average. Very disappointed with dinner menu and service. The dinner took FOREVER. Customer service was good, however, when we called room service two nights in a row for extra towels and pillows, they never came.. both times. Probably wouldn’t cruise with MSC again.

This was the very best cruise we have ever been on. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was great. Looking forward to the next cruise.

Beyond expectations in the Yacht Club. Crew on the whole ship couldn’t do enough for you and were always smiling. Great food and loved Ocean Cay. Ship was beautiful and clean. No complaints at all. Well just one, the Golden Jazz club played only rock music and no jazz.

It was me and my sons first time doing a cruise. It was awesome. New experience and convenient to have everything In there. Definitely be prepared becaus it is expensive and at the end of the trip you get surprised with A LOT of gratity fees. And mine were over $30 each. Not sure how that works if gratuity is also included at the bar. When I checked my receipts gratuity was charged.
