Overall it was excelent, the only reasons I don't give five stars is because of the customer service and the security on the boarding on the first day. I got rushed, to the point that I almost lost my passport.

I was pleasantly surprised on boarding the ship, it was very well maintained and everywhere was clean. I use MSC quite a lot and I can honestly say they served the best food I have ever had on that cruise line. The shows were great and my cabin nicely appointed. It was great value for money also. Thank you.

Food in Dining Room below par. Entertainment was disappointing (two shows charged a fee) . Crew was great. Ship was beautiful. Excursions were ok. Maybe I'm spoiled by other cruises I've been on.

This was the best cruise. Great ship, Great food, Great staff. It could not have been any better.

The food was horrible in the MDR. The appetizer's and salads were wonderful. The main entree was sometimes inedible . I felt bad for our servers as they knew were not overjoyed by the food- Not their fault-Their service was outstanding- The ships dancers and singer were very entertaining-the rest of the entertainment, Comedienne and Magician were sub par- We had been on the Davina before , the food and entertainment was outstanding at that timer. I do not know what has happened but we will never cruise on the Divina again-possible not on MSC again Very disappointing

although your ports were canceled due to weather, MSC made sure we all still had a great time. Even though the weather was out of their control, all guests received on board credit as a gesture to make trip still enjoyable.

Cruise experience was good but could have better if they wouldnt have change our itenary on the last minute.

I love msc cruise line but I did not care for seascape. This ship design is choppy. The should gave 2 buffets, it was always crowded. On the other hand, our interior room was my favorite. We had room 9074, there was a hallway on onside and a cleaning area on the otherside...no neighbors

Loved the food, the ship, the game shows, entertainment, etc. The ship was clean. MSC's private island was awesome! The staff were extremely polite but most weren't very knowledgeable about the ship, shows, or anything going on. About half the waitstaff and bartenders went out of their way to help you and the other half pretty much hid or used "tunnel vision" to purposely not see you. In the buffet, the wait staff would hangout at the bar with their backs to you (laughing and joking) acting as if they were waiting for the orders they put in but then later would walk off with no drinks on thei

Poor Service, Slow or Not Working Elevators, Low Quality Food, Everything Needs a Reservation (shows, gym, etc.) or you can't get in. You also never see your cabin steward, so you don't know who the person is as they don't make any appearance while you are around or introduce themselves. 1 star given as the shows were good.

This cruise was horrible and chaotic. They changed the itinerary of the trip after we checked in. There were no clear directions or guidance for how to check in. I paid for áurea package but didn’t get priority boarding. The disembarkation was chaos. Nobody helped us with the wheel chair.

Loved the ship - very pretty and spacious. Wonder why so many overpriced shops and no shops that cater to the casual user - would be nice to have somewhere to shop on board to purchase such items as cold medicine. The dining room was nice but crowded. Food was barely eatable either under or over cooked. Service was extremely slow to the point that we were asked to vacate before we had our desert to make way for the next seating. Charge for everything including shuttles to the city at each port - charging 18 euros for a bus shuttle is just highway robbery. The buffet restaurant was a pleasan

the food in the buffet was quite boring and the same, pasta and pizza, there was no Gluten Free options in the Buffet, there was a gluten free menu in the main diningroom that i used. Food was plain , not much taste or flavour from the buffet options. the italian clientel were rude, jumping ahead of others, yelling at others, one lady tried to run the elevator car because her husband was late, she yelled etc, will never take another WSC cruise again. we took a tour in Istambul, we never saw the Grand Bazaar, we were dropped off on a street that was nothing but hi-end, what a letdown the tour

The ship was understaffed, not overly clean, food in dining room was marginal and the waiters didn’t seem to try to please you or treat you special. However, our MaitreD, Anil Kumar was very pleasant and accommodating. Entertainment was also very good. Jennifer Martinez and Faith Koruiki at the service desk were great. I enjoyed the cruise because I traveled with 8 friends but I would not book another cruise with MSC.

Positive comments: Very good entertainment theater shows. Except for the comedian. He could have stayed home. Crew, and cabin steward were very efficient. The private island was very beautiful, and clean. Negative Comments: Cafeteria food very bland. Same food served every day and every meal. Ship schedule on days at sea, the food venue was not well planned, very crowded. Our embarkation time was 2:30 pm, When we arrived, there was nobody waiting, /We believe we could have boarded much earlier.
