2 days our balcony room had plumbing issues; Unable to go ashore at the Cayman Islands because of "large waves"; I have a picture from our balcony showing smooth as glass water; and 3 other ships docked and going ashore; Sunrise needs a major overhaul - lots of rust showing around heavily painted places that were white; Serenity deck is right next to where kids go down "a tunnel" to the swimming pool; lots of yelling and screaming kids - far from serene!

This was a great experience for a first time cruiser.

We were not expecting this our shortest cruise to be so fulfilling. We won the Love and Marriage challenge. The staging and entertainment on this cruise was phenomonal. Amber fantastic singer and stage performer. The entertainers were ALL top notch and the scenery and special effects TOP NOTCH. Another woman Selma in jewelry sales great personality. Nice speaking to Jogi head of dining. The cruise director we enjoyed very much also. All I can say is for this being our shortest cruise it will definitely by a very fond memory.

We had the best time. Hilda Hernandez was excellent in helping us make this effortless.

The bars could uses more help, took awhile to get drinks. Other than that, had a great time!

Best spot on the ship for star gazing and picture taking was my very own balcony. Amazing!

Every person that worked there treated us like royalty

This was our first cruise and we plan on taking a cruise once a year now. We had an amazing time! It felt like an extended family vacation. The lively entertainment was one of our favorite parts of the trip. My travel agent through Avoya Robert Smith was amazing! He was always just an email away, able to help from August through January and we appreciate that!

Food was awful

Carnival is my favorite cruiseline, but this ship was disappointing. The food wasn't good, the vibe just wasn't thr typical carnival vibe. I thought a lot would have been done in terms of a holiday vibe since it was a Christmas cruise. I'm disappointed. I'm going to try Norwegian next time.

The cruise was very relaxing and everything was just great. Enjoyed all 5 days of it. Fran did a fantastic job booking our cruise.

This cruise was run by a cruise director, Chris, that made each evening loads of fun. There were lots of activities to choose from. Ship was clean and crew was attentive. Only negative was the sofa bed. It was not a bed!! Also captain never introduced himself and did not update us on sea conditions.

We had a good time. We didn't get to Bermuda because of the storm so Carnival is giving us 100% credit.

As last cruise was several years ago could have used more guidance from agent. Examples: what time to drive on emabarcation day, bring cup/Thermos for water ice coffee etc. Debarcation tips. Purchased Faster to Fun but we’re one of last to leave ship.

This was my first cruise and was a real treat. I enjoyed every minute of it. From the accommodation to the activities to the food, all was satisfactory. I had a good time!

The cruise director was amazing. The food at the buffet was of poor quality and the lines were extremely long.
