7 night cruise not eight. Overall very nice cruise. Ship was nice and crew was very hospitable and friendly. Thought the excursions were nice but most were not long enough. Had very little time to explore on our own. Food was excellent. As good as any 4 star restaurant.

The cruise was beautiful, with fantastic excursions, nice rooms and a great crew. The food was good, although l was disappointed they didn't serve more authentic, local dishes. Overall, glad we did it.

Pre cruise hotel on Lake Como was great. Cruise manager Lucas was incredible, he was always friendly, upbeat and had all the answers. Boat crew did an excellent job, above and beyond should be their motto. The boat is extremely well maintained and the crew are constantly cleaning. Restaurant manager, housekeeping manager, etc are not just a title. They are always verifying everything is done correctly and pitching in when needed. I loved the active, regular, and gentle walker options on the tours. The gentle walker tours worked best for us due to medical reasons and it provides more time to ta

The staff and accommodations were fabulous and the sites incredible. The dining room was too loud, making conversation difficult. The change in flight plans was less than expected.

Christmas Markets were wonderful. The whole trip was amazing. The crew on the AmaSerena were wonderful. Enjoyed every day.

AMA Waterways river cruise was well beyond our expectations. Marcelo Ribeiro went well above his duties trying to help us with our lost luggage and his guidance on the tours, his professional and positive attitude was impeccable. Milos our butler was fantastic, what a wonderful person. Dominique and Joy in the dinning room were fantastic as were all the others. What a great bar staff too. Charles has a great team and always helped us with anything we needed. The captain was always approachable and extremely friendly. We are following his recommendation for our next voyage from Buda

Crew and ship were incredible with fantastic meals and itinerary each day. Really liked the cruise down the Rheingau day as we sat in the upper deck pool, drank beer, and watched the castles go by.

Overall the cruise was great. Some of the earlier excursions were way to slow as they did not offer an active walker option. Would like to have spent more time in Cologne and less time in Lahnstein.

The cruise exceeded all our expectations. From the food to the service everything was first rate. The excursion options allowed you to select the pace most comfortable for you. We never felt rushed or hurried nor did we feel crowded on board. When there was a problem with our return flight, our Travel Agent & AMA addressed it immediately. AMA Waterways came highly recommended to us & it didn't disappoint.

Our cruise was amazing! The excursions were great with very nice guides. Timing is a key they use when the lines can be avoided. Time was limited, understandingly so. The service, food, cleanliness and activities exceeded my expectations.

The ship and crew were amazing. The food was always top notch and plentiful and the wines paired with each meal were lovely. We booked the bigger rooms so we were able to enjoy the French balcony and open air balcony for sights along the river. The excursions were very informative. Just wish we had more time.

It was fabulous! We loved it! The excursions and on board activities were exactly what we wanted (a big factor in choosing this cruise). The staff were awesome! The included drinks were even better/more/varied than expected. The food was almost always amazing! Would recommend this cruise to others for sure.

The cruise was a very warm and comfortable environment. For our first river cruise the best thing was no surprises. The food was good, the staff were happy to be there and welcoming, the ship was clean and it was what we expected.

The only down side was having to do a ship swap. It was stressful for me. Jessi Csonka made great arrangements so we did not miss The Rhine River Gorge. She was one of the best tour directors we've ever had.
