This is an excellent trip. AMA goes above and beyond to make it so. Our Cruise Director Marcello was so thoughtful,professional and accommodating. Soup to nuts this trip was a relaxing pleasurable experience.

This is a great river trip. Both the Moselle and Arjuna rivers are amazing.

We couldn't be more pleased with our cruise. The ship, staff, food, scenery and excursions were first class.

Nothing is perfect, but this cruise nearly was my fellow passengers. The wonderful crew of the ship and the ship itself created sweet memories. Could it be improved perhaps a little maybe I could’ve ate a little less enjoyed a little less laughed a little less, but it was too nice and to give up any of it!.

AMA Waterways made this trip so easy. From arrival in Paris, through the Champagne country on the pre cruise add on, on board the ship and in Lucerne and Zurich on the post cruise package, every detail was looked after. Great variety of foods, shore excursions and a wonderful time to see the grape harvest throughout the region. Plus I made some wonderful new friends onboard!

Our pre-cruise arrangements were professionally handled by Roberta Stike, of Avoya Travel. So by the time we left for the airport, everything was in place. Our flight on BritishAirways was flawless and very comfortable, in premium economy seating, which was much more spacious than I expected. When we landed in Zurich Switzerland, our hotel was just 15 minutes from the airport, and very comfortable. Our Spring AmaWaterways trip was a follow up to a Fall Trip on the Danube 3 years ago. That trip we bookended with stays in Vienna for two days pre trip and Prague for 4 days at end of cruise. when we returned home, my wife noted that I was more relaxed than I had been on similar trips we have taken independently. Following this same format, we planned independently to travel to Brussels and Bruges precruise and Zurich and Copenhagen post cruise for this trip. When every member of your family is happy and all your daughter can say is that she wants to do this again, then you know it was a successful trip. Every member of the staff was wonderful and the trip was the smoothest sailing that I have ever experienced. AmaWaterways needs to be very proud of this Captain and his crew. The travel hostess has to be commended. She was non-stop, all about the best for each guest and never was flustered with any request or issue. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation and memory.

The cruise was wonderful. The pre-cruise extension in Prague was excellent m, magical. Giving this rating of four rather than five because the food on the ship was not as good as it has been in the past and the selections were more limited.

AMA Prima is 9 years old but laid out very nicely on 3 decks. The food continues to be the problem on AMA. It's very average, very limited in variety, trying to add gourmet touches which don't work. I'm looking at other future River lines.

It used to be more entertainment on board. When we arrived previously there was beautiful table with all kind of delicious food , this time we were hungry after a long flight and all there was a soup. It used to be L'Occitane in the bathroom, not anymore. Breakfast was not as good as it used to be. I understand there are not enough people traveling now and all the losses company had, but that’s what I noticed on this year cruise
