Our 10 day Princess Mexican Riviera cruise was fantastic. The service and amenities were great. We enjoyed morning lattes and movies under the stars by the pool. Shore excursions were exactly what we hoped for and we had several humpback whale sightings. Arroyo made everything easy. Definitely recommend!

I would rate our trip a 5 except for some troublesome flaws.
The itinerary, ambiance, night life, MDR, specialty and pool deck pizza and grill were great. The buffet, public ladies room and morning activities were not. Specifically, the buffet was very small and lacking variety in the offerings. There were no gorgeous appealing presentations and the one time we had no choice but to pick up food we were greatly disappointed. Also, the two ladies restrooms on deck 7 were small, with only three stalls in each. Every time I tried to use them two of the three were out of commission. This is inexc

The cruise was wonderful! All of the employees were wonderful as well, especially Justine Parma. She was our stateroom steward and went out of here way to make everything perfect for our Anniversary trip!
