No cabin cards, no prepaid drink vouchers, no prepaid excursion vouchers, follow up at reception, no result. Queries with our travel agent left her as exasperated as we were. Got an apology after we got home, that was really helpful whilst on the cruise.

The restaurants were always full, nowhere to sit. Not that many selections and food wasn't that good. We did love the bartenders!
