Built in 2003 and refurbished in 2007, the Holland America Oosterdam weighs 82,305 tons and carries 1,916 guests. Vibrant colors and exciting artistry complement this mid-sized ship, the second of the Vista-class ships from Holland America. Through the Culinary Arts Center, guests can engage in enriching lectures from Master Chefs and culinary guests on food preparation, pairing, and more. Dining onboard the Oosterdam is enjoyed in the 5-course Vista Dining Room, the reservations-only Pinnacle Grill, and the casual Lido Restaurant. Holland America also offers programs for kids onboard with Club HAL for kids age 3 – 12 and The Loft for kids age 13 – 17.
