This is Atlas’ twist on the post-slopes’ tradition known as Après Ski, where guests are encouraged to connect with newfound friends after enriching exploration. The Fitness Studio gives guests the tools they need with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including a TechnoGym trainer, bike forma, recline forma, adjustable bench, two treadmills, and 20-piece dumbbell set, as well as two yoga balls. Children aged 8 years and up are allowed on Arctic and Antarctica expeditions. Children aged 12 months and up are welcome on all other voyages.
