Celebrity Cruises ignited the cruise industry with the announcement of their newest addition to the Edge® Series of ships, Celebrity Beyond. This is the third addition to the series and will make its debut departing from Southampton (London) in April 2022.
It’s sister ships, Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Apex (sailing Greece in June 2021), are revolutionary ships that have perfectly blended a fun-filled cruise with a luxury onboard environment. This class of ships features premium highlights like open-air spaces and outward-facing designs onboard each vessel.

1. There Will Be Even More Big Open Spaces
Beyond will be bigger than its sister ships in length and height, allowing for more open space and additional exploration.
Now with 17 decks, the ship has more space for upgraded outdoor areas like The Retreat, the Resort Deck, and the Rooftop Garden. Architect Tom Wright’s design is meant to push the boundaries ‘beyond’ what anyone expected and come April 2022 it will do just that.
The multi-level Sunset Bar designed by Nate Berkus is one of the new, bigger spaces that puts the brilliance of this ship on full display.
2. There are Expanded Culinary Menus and Wonderful Venues
Celebrity is renowned for their fresh, locally sourced, and wonderful menus. The Michelin-starred chefs craft dishes inspired by the destinations you visit and onboard Beyond, you will get to enjoy an expanded collection including the new Le Voyage Daniel Boulud restaurant.
World renowned chef Daniel Boulud and Celebrity’s Global Culinary Ambassador has created his first signature restaurant at sea and just as the name implies, travel is the inspiration for his mouthwatering dishes.
