Members are eligible for a higher tier level on the next cruise following completion of necessary cruises and/or cruise days. Land portion of cruisetour does not apply. Only cruises taken on Princess count toward the Princess Captain’s Circle Program.
Double cruise credits for booking and sailing in a full suite (mini-suites excluded) or sailing at the exclusive occupancy fare are effective with sailings beginning on or after December 7, 2008. Cruises only, and not cruise days are doubled.

Discount available only to residents of the US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, and Asia. Not applicable to the World Cruise or voyages 45 days or longer. Discount not applicable to 3rd and 4th berths.

General Captain’s Circle Terms
You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of any Princess Cruises Captain's Circle program benefit or membership number constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Membership in the Captain's Circle Program is at Princess' sole discretion. For benefit details please contact an Avoya Travel Princess Cruises Independent Vacation Planner. Princess reserves the right to refuse membership or rescind membership and privileges and status to any in its absolute and sole discretion at any time.
Princess Cruises reserves the right to terminate the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program, change the terms and conditions of participation, and/or terminate or change benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. Princess shall not be liable for refunds or for damages resulting from any change to any aspect of the Program, from failure to deliver any services thereunder, or from any refusal to grant membership or any rescission of membership. In addition to the above, any failure to abide by the terms of this program, any conduct detrimental to Princess Cruises, or any misrepresentation or fraudulent activities in connection with this program may result, in addition to any rights or remedies available to Princess Cruises in law or equity, in the termination of program status and any other benefits earned in connection therewith, in Princess Cruises' sole discretion. In the event the program is cancelled or your program membership is rescinded, all accrued benefits, points, and privileges become null and void and Princess shall have no liability for loss of benefits, points or privileges - all of which it is expressly agreed have no cash value.
Eligible cruises exclude reduced rate fares, such as "Friends and Family," affiliate, travel agent, and journalist fares, other promotional fares or sailings as Princess may designate from time to time in its sole discretion, and cruises booked through the Special Bookings Desk.
Princess Cruises Captain's Circle promotional fares will be issued from time to time and are one of a number of discounts that may be available at any particular time.
In order to receive credit for booked cruises towards Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Membership status, Member must provide his or her correct Member Number at the time of booking. Each Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Member is solely responsible for providing his or her correct Member Number at the time of booking, and for advising Princess of address or name changes. Princess shall have no liability for Member's failure to provide correct Member Number or misdirected mail or email. Unused benefits are not refundable or transferable and do not rollover from one voyage to another.
Princess Cruises will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arises out of or is in any way connected with (a) any use of the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program, (b) any failure or delay by us in connection with the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program (including without limitation the use of or inability to use any component of this Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program), (c) the performance or non performance by Princess Cruises, even if Princess Cruises has been advised of the possibility of damages, (d) or refusal to grant Captain's Circle membership or rescission of membership for any reason.
Princess Cruises makes no warranty of any kind regarding the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program, which is provided on an "as is" basis. Princess Cruises expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that its Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program will be error-free. Princess further disclaims any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information distributed with respect to the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle Program.
Membership in the Princess Cruises Captain's Circle program is subject to the terms of the Princess Passage Contract. To the extent that there is a conflict between these terms and the Princess Passage Contract, the terms of the Princess Passage Contract shall apply.
Any and all disputes of any kind or nature whatsoever regarding any aspect of the Captain's Circle Program, including but not limited to, your membership in the program, refusal to grant membership or rescission of membership in the program, all disputes regarding benefits under the program, and any dispute regarding this agreement, must be resolved exclusively on an individual basis through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), said arbitration to be held in Los Angeles, California to the exclusion of any other venue or forum. Any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class representative capacity or class action basis. The Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA") governs the arbitrability of all Disputes. The AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules and relevant fee schedules for non-class action proceedings shall apply. The arbitrator's award will be binding and final, except for any right of appeal specifically provided by the FAA.
The personal data you provide to Princess Cruises, or which is obtained through your dealings with Princess Cruises or other Carnival Plc cruise brands, will be processed in accordance with Princess’ privacy notice which is available at princess.com/privacy/. Princess Cruises may use Personal Data (as defined under Data Protection Law) about you to inform you about their products and services and deliver those products and services for you; to review your dealings with Princess Cruises or other Carnival group cruise brands including your purchasing and entertainment preferences, to review, develop, and improve the products and services Princess Cruises offers; for market research purposes and statistical analysis. Princess Cruises will obtain your consent to processing where that is required. Princess Cruises may share your personal data about you with other Carnival group companies and their suppliers, agents, sub-contractors, or other commercial partners, and will use appropriate legal and technical safeguards when they do so. Princess Cruises will retain personal data about you for no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing, and you may withdraw your consent to processing at any time if you wish to do so. EU residents may obtain, correct, or erase personal data, and restrict or object to processing.
