This was our first experience using an on-line travel service and Eric totally exceeded all expectations. If he didn’t answer our calls immediately, he got back to us promptly. We also found being able to email and text him directly extremely convenient. Even after going through the effort of booking one trip for us, when we realized that trip was in conflict with another obligation, he cheerfully cancelled and helped us book an entirely different one. He found us several discounts, not available when booking direct and was full of helpful advice. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he found someone who did.
